Luis Arráez had two hits in the Minnesota Twins' victory over the Chicago White Sox 8-4 on Wednesday.
The Venezuelan slugger went 5-2 with an RBI streak and a strikeout, with these hits he reached 167 hits in the season to place his average at .313.
Arráez shares the first place in the batting chart with Aaron Judge of the New York Yankees, who took his home run near 61 on Wednesday.
Now both players have the same batting average (.313), leading Xander Bogaerts by four points.
Arraez could become the first Twins player to win a batting title since Joe Mauer in 2009.
