Venezuela materialized a total of nine places (80% of the team) at the Santiago, Chile 2023 Pan American and ParaPan American Games, once the Taekwondo and Parataekwondo Qualifiers held at the Arena Carioca I in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on the 22nd and 23 of March.
In ParaTaekwondo K44 they registered their names for the event: Claudio D'Andrade (-58kg), Orlando Figueroa (-63kg) and Jonas Rodríguez (Coach)

The Team Kyorugui that will go to contention will be made up of the women's team (the four athletes of Kyorugui Individual).
In the case of Poomsae, they did not achieve their classification, but they were ranked 11th (6.28 points) among the 18 best duos on the continent.
The Venezuelan Federation of the specialty recognized the great work done by its classified athletes, coaches and the team in general, during this process that is also part of the route to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, where they aspire to also intervene.
