Andrea Campodonico won the gold medal thanks to her excellent participation in field tennis in the women's category. The young tennis player gets one of the first gold medals in the XX edition of the 2022 National Sports Games on behalf of the Lara state.

On the other hand, the talented Andrés Rivero belonging to the Carabobo delegation won gold in the field, tennis, in the men's category. Likewise, the Carabobo state accumulates in the early stage of the games 9 medals in total (two gold, four silver, three bronze).
