The Venezuelan striker, Sergio Córdova, commanded the victory of the Real Salt Lake of the MLS (1-2) against the Seattle Sounders at Lumen Field, thanks to the goal he scored in the 32nd minute of the game.
“La Pantera” opened the scoring after receiving a precise pass from Jefferson Savarino that ended in a powerful shot after beating the defense and the goalkeeper.
The win allows the Utah team to end a three-game winless streak to rank fifth in the Western Conference with 37 points.
The second goal of the game came thanks to Andrew Brody, who scored in the 64th minute, just two after Albert Rusnák's equalizer.
Both Córdova and Savarino started as starters in the match and were subsequently replaced by decision of coach Pablo Mastroeni.

This becomes the sixth goal of the season for “La Pantera” Córdova, who has played 24 games to date, totaling 1.706 minutes.
For his part, Savarino played his 11th game of the season, in which he scored a total of five goals in 835 minutes of play.
