President Christian Toni of the Venezuelan club Estudiantes de Mérida passed away this Wednesday, the Venezuelan Football Federation (FVF) said in a statement.
Venezuelan football joins the mourning of relatives, in this way all the days of the Futve League in its different categories are suspended.
Toni was one of the six victims who was in a Lear Jet 55 CPOP model plane, initials YV-3304, which covered the Puerto Cabello-Caracas route. However, during the trip there was an incident that caused the aircraft to descend to the ground and catch fire.

In the next few days, the rescheduling of all the days will be announced to give continuity to local football.
