One of the hosts for this edition of CONMEBOL Libertadores Futsal 2023 was Tigres, which did not meet expectations. The team from Maracay was eliminated after losing 3-2 to Panta Walon on Tuesday.

- Cerro Porteno 3-2 Tigers
- Tigers 2-3 Panta Walon
After these results, the Aragua team leaves the contest being bottom of bracket A without adding any units.
Tigres paid dearly for their mistakes
Tigres' mistake during the Libertadores was the lack of definition, the team created chances, but couldn't get the ball into the net.
“It escapes us (this game) in the definition. We pay dearly for mistakes, this tournament is very fast”, commented Wilmer Cabarcas.
“You have to thank God when you win and lose. Unfortunately we had to lose in this Copa Libertadores, we knew that Panta Walon would be a difficult team to face, they had just played a spectacular match against Cascavel”, he concluded.
