Croatian midfielder Iván Rakitic stated on Tuesday that "you have to play the perfect game" if you want to win the Europa League final in Budapest on Wednesday.
Sevvilla faces Roma, which he described as "a great team" against which they will try to "make it normal, like another day" without pressing themselves for the significance of the match.
Rakitic, who already won a Europa League in 2014 with Sevilla during Unai Emery's stage as coach, appeared in the press room at the Puskas Arena before training the day before and said that this final "is a spectacle, something unique" .

“All of us who carry Sevilla in our hearts know what this means. There is nothing greater than bringing the cup to our city and with our people", assured the Croatian, who stressed that "from the first game we have seen what the coach wants -José Luis Mendilibar- and that is not going to change" .
“We are here because we deserve it, because we did things well. Nobody gives anyone away. In those matches -in reference to the qualifiers against Manchester United and Juventus in Turin- we have been the best team and we must be ourselves, play the perfect match. When we say that "nobody loves her like we do," it is not because a clever person said it, but because we think so, ”he highlighted.
