El De Froix and Sol Dorado for the revenge against El Santo

The three were measured in the Confraternidad last year in the oval of Puerto Rico

El Santo, winner of the 2021 Caribbean Confraternity Cup in Camarero, Puerto Rico, El De Froix, third in the same race and Sol Dorado, who came fourth, made outstanding performances last weekend in their respective countries and could meet again in La Rinconada on the occasion of the 2022 Caribbean Equestrian Series.

The Mexican El Santo prevailed in the Handicap of the Americas disputed in the main Mexican circuit, in a distance of 1.900 meters and a time of 120”4.

The six-year-old dapple, who gave Mexico the victory in the important test, advanced strongly, sticking to the inside rail to displace a grown Quinela a few meters from the line, who settled for second place in front of Mi Neighbor and could be one of the little hands cards for the 2022 Horse Series.

The Panamanian Sol Dorado, fourth from El Santo in the 2021 Confraternidad, reached his seventh victory in 11 presentations by winning for the second consecutive year in the Clásico Raúl Espinoza “Copa de Oro”. The steed contained the strong advance of El Tzar and Turpin Time with the mount of Ariosto Delgado, in the event held on Saturday, September 24, at the Presidente Remón Racecourse in Panama.

Panamanians announce a large equine representation for the show to be held at the La Rinconada Racecourse in December.

For his part, El De Froix, third in that race, took second place in the Clásico Jockey Club de Venezuela last Sunday in a race won by his stablemate Barrywhite.

The giant that Juan Carlos García trains for the colors of the Stud Alvajos, could also compete for the second time in the race and seek revenge against the Mexican dapple in the 2022 Confraternity Cup at a distance of their liking.
