Jesus' Team, Tapiture's three-year-old son in Golden Memories, will race the Claiming Crown Jewel, a 5-meter distance competition with $ 1.800 in prizes, on December 150.000 at the Gulfstream Park racetrack.

The specimen under the training of Venezuelan José Francisco D'Angelo has performed excellently in important races such as the Preakness Stakes and the Breeders' Cup Dirt Mile, according to Bloodhorse, the prestigious American publication, specialized in horse racing.

This competition is one of the nine stakes scheduled for horses that have participated in a claim competition at least once in 2019-2020.

In the interview with D'Angelo, he noted: "I prefer a race before the Pegasus World Cup. I don't want to put him to work for that test ..." and added "He needs a race in December."

Later, José Francisco pointed out that after he won the claim for $ 25.000, he noticed a big change in the copy and then pointed out: "With each race he improves more and more." He indicated that after his brilliant performance on the Breeders' Cup Mile, he was sent to Ocala to rest for a week.

Note Bloodhorse's note that Jesus' Team is among the most prominent names of the 25 individuals nominated for the Claiming Crown Jewel.

Also on that list are Math Wizard, winner of the 2019 Pennsylvania Derby, with appearances in races such as the Breeders' Cup Classic of the same year and a second in the Monmouth Cup Stakes. Jesus' Team has raced 9 times for 2 first; 4 seconds and 3 third, for Group Seven C Stable.
