The manager of the Venezuelan team, Omar López, offered some statements about the match that they will play this Saturday against the national team of the United States.
During a press conference, he maintained that the batting lineup presented this afternoon is designed with the rivals and pitchers that the North Americans can use in mind.
"Any of the players who are in the Clásico can be in that second space in the line up, obviously it is to find the best place for them and thinking about each of the rivals," he stressed.

He also maintained that he made some changes after announcing Sean Lynn as the starter for the match with the aim of having greater batting opportunities.
"We were playing guessing and yesterday we had to make some modifications, unfortunately someone has to sacrifice, looking for the most equal distribution in the line up," he added.
