The Venezuelan Professional Baseball League announced on Monday the sanctions to managers David Davalillo and Wilfredo Romero for angrily protesting various refereeing decisions in the game between Bravos and Magallanes on November 22.
Both strategists were suspended for two games.
To make this decision, the Board of Directors relied on the report sent by the referees and the broadcast of the match, which contains various images of the aforementioned incidents.
In this sense, the Board of Directors of the LVBP resolved to apply the suspensions in accordance with ordinal 2 of article 21 of the Code of Ethics and Discipline of the LVBP.
Pilots can file an appeal within twenty-four (24) hours after notification of the ruling.
