Samanes de Aragua won the victory this Saturday by defeating Centauros de La Guaira 6-2 thanks to the work on the mound of Wilser Barrios, who obtained his first victory in the 2023 LMBP season.
The local team stomped on it from the beginning of the match that took place at the José Pérez Colmenares stadium.
In the second inning, Cheslor Cuthbert homered to open the two-run count.
In the third episode it was when those directed by Mike Rojas took out the arsenal. Omar Carrizales, Eduardo Díaz, Breyvic Valera and Luis Villegas hit and drove in four runs.
The local currency went up by six lines. Despite the fact that they could not add more runs, it was enough for the Aragüeños.

For the first time in the campaign, Barrios was victorious. Given this fact, he considers that his preseason was focused on creating these moments.
"I worked on my season and I came ready for whatever, thank God they gave me the starting position and here I am doing my best," he told the club's press department.
By the fourth week of summer league, the pitcher has earned his spot in the rotation. Before starting the competition, he did not consider being a starter.
"Being a starter is something I didn't expect, but my work in the preseason is paying off and little by little here I am picking up the rhythm of being a starter and getting the game as far as possible," he concluded.
The right-hander pitched 5.0 innings in which he allowed two hits and four walks.
