With six pushes Teodoro Martínez commanded this Wednesday the knockout of Caciques de Distrito 19-3 over LíderIt is from Miranda in the Park of the University City of Caracas.
Those led by Luis Sojo connected up to 18 hits, including homers by Antonio Dominguez (1-1) and imported Dennicher Carrasco (5-4) and Dilson Herrera (4-2).
The night's home run hitters each drove in three runs for Caciques, as did outfielder Raymundo Moreno (5-2). But the real spark plug was Teodoro Martínez, who flirted with perfection by finishing 4-3 and setting a new team record with his tows.

The victory went to the experienced Edgmer Escalona (1-1), who in 5.0 innings allowed just three runs, all in the fourth inning. He walked one and struck out four to lower his ERA to 4.60.
Jesús Castillo (1-1), for his part, charged with the setback by allowing six scores in a work of just two and a third innings, in which he conceded two tickets and struck out two.
Caciques adds his fifth victory, the second by knockout, and leaves his record at 5-11. LíderIt is, meanwhile, deteriorates to 7-7 and is three and a half games behind the lead.
