Germán Márquez left without a decision against San Luis

The Venezuelan pitcher has been slowly improving his performance this season

Venezuelan pitcher Germán Márquez, of the Colorado Rockies, left without a decision this Thursday in the duel against the St. Louis Cardinals.

In six innings of work, Márquez, 27, allowed eight hits, one of them a home run, gave up a couple of runs, gave away a walk and struck out six opponents.

Despite Nolan Gorman's four-corner hit, the San Felix native, who hasn't had the best of his seasons, posted a quality start.
