Devers, Bogaerts, Story and Martinez steal the show

Boston realized it needs to boost its offense to put together a winning streak

Red Stockings Boston has been an inconsistent team in this first month and a half of action in the Major Leagues. Their poor starting pitching is what has them with a record of 16-22 in 4th place in the East Division of the American League; however, Rafael Devers, Xander Bogaerts and JD Martínez have been in charge of providing power to the whole of Massachusetts.

With the resounding 12-6 victory against Seattle on Thursday night and supported by Trevor Story's three home runs and seven RBIs, Boston realized that it needs to boost its offense to put together a winning streak and therefore, these three players they must maintain their synergy if they want to get fully into the postseason race.
