The Venezuelan Avisail García, of the Miami Marlins, hit his sixth home run of the 2022 Major League Baseball (MLB) season on Wednesday night.
In the top of the ninth inning, "Avi" unleashed all his power against a powerful fastball from Ryan Hesley, closer for the St. Louis Cardinals, to turn the score around (4 to 3).
According to Baseball Savant, the Venezuelan's connection, with a running mate, posted an exit speed of 106.3 miles per hour and traveled 411 feet at Bush Stadium.

With his 133rd career home run in MLB, the Venezuelan outfielder reached 23 RBIs in the campaign.

Thanks to Avisail García, Sandy Alcantara took the match victory, after throwing 117 pitches to cover the nine innings of the game.
Now, Don Mattingly's squad is 34-40 and occupies fourth place in the National League East Division.
