The Arizona Rattlers have reached a one-year deal with Dominican pitcher Miguel Castro, who arrives after a successful season with the New York Yankees.
El Quisqueyano, who will have the option to renew until 2024, participated in 34 games with the Yankees during 2022, achieving a 5-0 record with a 4.03 ERA.
In addition, Castro shined on the mound by striking out a total of 31 rivals during his 29.0 innings.
In his eight seasons in the Major Leagues, the Dominican has a record of 16-22 with a 4.12 earned run percentage.
