Leones del Caracas will start its LVBP preseason on October 5. However, a group of players decided to get ahead of the rest of their teammates.
This was announced through his Twitter account by the president of the long-haired, Juan Carlos Escobar, who highlighted the commitment of these players to be part of the roster.
“Official training starts on October 5, but there are a lot of players who have already arrived or were there. From this Wednesday they are going to start a previous training. That gives good signs of what we are going to tell this year. The disposition is ”, he expressed.
In this space was also the manager of Leones, José Alguacil, who applauded this series of actions by the baseball players who want to win the title of champion this year.

“That says a lot about a lot of players who are going to start practices early. This is a championship for which we have a great commitment. We are going to fight and do everything possible to bring that championship to the capital. This year, God willing, we are going to be in the final”, highlighted the strategist.
Despite the commitment shown, both leaders did not announce who will be the players who will be present from the first day of training.
Escobar and Sheriff also mentioned that they are in talks with some possible imports, this in case of being necessary from any of those already confirmed.
Palma and Tovar lead the figures
Among the stars that are already in the University Stadium of Caracas are Wilfredo Tovar, José Rondón, Alexander Palma, Oswaldo Arcia, Alexfri Planez, Miguel Socolovich and Ricardo Rodríguez.
The team will debut in the LVBP on October 22 against the Águilas del Zulia.
