This Tuesday Águilas del Zulia announced the signing of its third import, ahead of the 2023-2024 season of the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League.
This is the Dominican pitcher Carlos Espinal who arrives to give depth to the bullpen of the rapacious team.
The announcement was made through a publication on the social networks of the Zulian currency in which they welcome the right.
According to the publication, the right pitcher arrives in Venezuela after having completed a season in the Atlantic Independent League with the York Revolution team.

The Dominican received 61 hits and 28 earned runs, struck out 74 batters, walked 38, and saved one game in 22 appearances, 12 of them as a starter.
Now Espinal joins Dominican pitcher Ángel Rondón and outfielder Niko Hulsizer as the team's first three foreigners.
