Cristian Javier, Héctor Neris and Ryan Preesly were the arms responsible for achieving the feat in Yankee Stadium itself.

In seven immaculate episodes, the Dominican Javier only gave away a walk and fanned 13 rivals.
Due to Javier's high number of pitches (115), Dusty Baker brought in fellow Dominican Neris, who despite some differences with the home plate umpire, managed to keep Aaron Boone's troop hitless.

To close the commitment, Preesly, who failed in Thursday's game, was responsible for sealing the feat.
Thanks to these three pitchers, the Astros managed to deliver the 14th No-Hitter in franchise history.
As for the ninth New Yorker, the best team of the 2022 Major League Baseball (MLB) season, it represented the first No-Hitter it has received in the last 19 years.
For his part, Venezuelan José Altuve hit his 14th homer of the campaign.

According to Baseball Savant, the "little giant" connection recorded a muzzle velocity of 105.4 miles per hour and traveled 404 feet.
