Dennis Schröder will miss between ten and fourteen days of action due to the covid-19 protocol, as reported in a report by Shams Charania for The Athletic.
The point guard, was not present in the loss yesterday of the Lakers against the Raptors. Although it is unknown if his loss is caused by a positive result from him or someone close to him, the player must be confined for almost two weeks and receive two negative tests to return to team discipline.
His state of health is also a mystery, despite having played with apparent normality last Friday.
Schöder's forced absence comes at a critical time for the Los Angeles Lakers season. The return of Anthony Davis and LeBron James from their injuries has not gone as well as expected by the franchise, which is 1-5 with AD and 0-2 with the King since their returns.
