The Atlanta Hawks reported Wednesday that forward De'Andre Hunter will miss the remainder of the season with a torn lateral meniscus in his right knee.

Doctors have recommended that the player undergo surgery to restore the joint.

In management there is concern that it is the same injury that put him under the knife in February during the regular season.
