Venezuela won the bronze medal after beating Poland 68-62 in the men's basketball tournament of the 2022 Deaflympics Games, held in Brazil.
La Vinotinto took third place in the contest, under the technical direction of Honorio Mendoza.
The starters of the Creole squad were Jhonny Jiménez, Bryan Catarí, Andrew Jiménez, Félix Perdomo and José Ojeda.

Venezuela's main figure was Félix Perdomo, author of 18 points, 4 assists, 3 blocks and stole the ball a couple of times.
Perdomo touched the double ten in the international basketball commitment, as he grabbed nine rebounds in the Caxias do Sul arena.
