Stephen Curry is coming off another great season and is now ready to pursue another championship with a lineup that includes familiar faces and other young revelations.
After being the NBA scoring champion for the second time, Curry wants to capitalize on the clean and jerk the Warriors took at the end of the season before the abrupt end in the mini-tournament against Memphis.
"I know what we are capable of and we have a very talented group, young people with great energy and potential and who have a lot to achieve in the league and I hope we can bring the two facets together every night on the court," said Curry, who averaged 32 points.
The Warriors are excited about the highly anticipated return of Klay Thompson, away from the court for two years due to a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee and a ruptured Achilles tendon.
“I don't have a date, but I don't anticipate anything before the 12 months are up. That would be at least late November and early December, ”Thompson said.
Meanwhile, Curry bets on the supporting cast of Draymond Green, Andrew Wiggins, rising Jordan Poole and veteran Andre Iguodala among others.
