The start of the District Spartans in the Professional Basketball Super League has been shaky with a record of 3-6 in their first 9 games.
After removing Jorge Arrieta from his position, the people of the capital announced Leandro Hiriart as their new coach.
Hiriart arrives to try to raise the Spartans, a team that is currently third in their group with a balance of 3-7.
The 42-year-old strategist had his most recent stint with Hispano Americano, of the National League.

He also arrived in the middle of the season, to a team that was bottom of the table and managed to close the regular phase with a positive record for the team.
The new coach has experience in the second division of Argentina and also in Europe in the Italian Basketball League.
