Edwin “Zancudito” Mijares will have a change of scenery for the Professional Basketball Super League (SPB) 2023. The pilot will arrive on loan to Cocodrilos de Caracas.
Mijares arrives from Gigantes de Guayana.
The point guard has extensive experience in national basketball, since he has worn the Panteras de Miranda, Guaiqueríes de Margarita and Taurinos de Aragua jerseys. And he has played in teams from El Salvador, Chile and Argentina.
Edwin Mijares averaged 3.7 points, 1.5 rebounds and 2.9 assists in 19 games last season.
This would be the third reinforcement of the saurian team for the upcoming SPB. Tony Mitchell and Devin Brooks are the players who have come to Cocodrilos to put themselves under the orders of the Argentine coach Gonzalo García.
