The basketball player and one of the main stars of Cocodrilos de Caracas, Luis Bethelmy, further enlarged his legacy within the organization in the 2023 season of the Professional Basketball Super League (SPB).
The figure managed to mark the 406th triple of his career defending the jersey of the Saurians, which allowed him to surpass Carl Elliott as the fourth best triple scorer in history.
In that game, Bethelmy finished with a total of 14 points, 4 assists, 3 steals, and 3 rebounds.
This feat was achieved in the victory of the Caracas team 56-76 against Panteras de Miranda at the José Joaquín “Papá” Carrillo Gymnasium.
