Real Madrid will face Barcelona in the Copa del Rey semifinals, while Osasuna will face Athletic Bilbao for the other ticket to the final of the KO tournament, after the draw held this Monday.
The white team will receive Barça first before visiting the Camp Nou, in the only Cup tie that will be played over two legs.
The meringues reached the semifinals after beating Atlético de Madrid 3-1 in the quarterfinals after extra time, while Barcelona will fight for the final after beating Real Sociedad 1-0 in the previous round.
"It's a great game, not only for the Copa del Rey, it's a great game worldwide," Barcelona sports director Jordi Cruyff reacted by videoconference during the draw held at Ciudad del Fútbol on the outskirts of Madrid.
"It's a very special match," added Cruyff, pointing out that the players have already forgotten the Spanish Super Cup final, which Barça beat Real Madrid in Riyadh (3-1) on January 15.
"We're starting from scratch and it will be a beautiful battle," said the Barça sports director.

The other ticket for the final will be played by Osasuna, who beat Sevilla in the quarterfinals after winning 2-1 after extra time, and Athletic Bilbao, winner of Valencia in the previous round (3-1).
The fact that next week, the scheduled date for the first leg of the semifinals, Real Madrid will be in Morocco to play the Club World Cup has forced the schedule of these matches to vary.
The first leg will be played between February 28 and March 1, while the second leg will be played between April 4 and 6. The Cup final is scheduled for May 6 at the La Cartuja stadium in Seville.
