Daniel Dhers confirmed that the 2024 Olympic Games and the World Cup that same year will be the final chapters of his active career in BMX Stylee.
The silver medalist in Tokyo last year said he is now focused on a World Cup event, to be held in Montpellier, France, from May 25-29.
He is also excited these days for the creation of his Dhers Academy, which will focus on training athletes, coaches and leaders in the areas of image, marketing, nutrition and psychology, to face the difficult world of competition.
“We want to give athletes the tools so they can live what they love. That it be comprehensive and defend itself in various areas, even after retirement, ”said the Venezuelan.
The academy will begin with three free master classes on May 18 at the UCAB in the capital, on May 25 at Parque Miranda in Caracas; and closing June 1 at the IND.
