La Guaira to clean up its image in South America

Those of Daniel Farías added a point as a result of a draw against Caballero

Deportivo La Guaira, last in Group G of the South American Cup, will visit Independiente from Argentina, with the intention of complicating the papers for Rojo from the southern country in its intention to be at the top of the Group currently held by the Brazilian Ceará, which scored General Caballero 6-0 and already takes 6 points with one more game.

Ceará with 15 points, is the first in a group in which only Independiente can aspire to fight for that first place in the group that gives them a pass to the next round with nine units.
With no chance of qualifying, Paraguay's General Caballero and Daniel Farías' Deportivo La Guaira have one point, both with just one unit, although the Orange team has one more game to play precisely against the eleventh team from Argentina.

La Guaira accumulates eleven games without knowing the victory, with five draws and six losses between Liga Futve and Copa Suramericana and comes from falling on the fourth date of the Cup precisely against líder of the group, Ceará.

The local team comes to this duel with the obligation to win and score goals in order to reach the last day with a chance, in which they will face Ceará, who has a +14 goal difference.

Independiente, who at best will match him on points, has +7 goal difference.
