Brazil ranks as líder group in the South American

The final hexagonal begins on Tuesday in Bogotá

The Brazilian team beat Paraguay 2-1 this Friday and took first place in Group A, in the last duel prior to the final phase of the South American U-20.

Both teams arrived at the Estadio Deportivo Cali in Palmira classified and with equal points. Both the Guaraní DT, Aldo Bobadilla, and his colleague Ramon Menezes rotated the roster and gave minutes to the substitutes.

In minute 22 Olmedo Alcaraz made a change of front several meters and found Kevin Pereira. The midfielder controlled, ran dominating the ball and shot into the area before the Brazilian left-back looked, who could not reach him.

The ball grazed a center and got into a small space between the post and goalkeeper Kaique Pereira.

In minute 30, Stênio Zanetti asked for his place in the starting lineup by scoring the equalizer, in a play that quickly deployed the Brazilian offense through the center.

In the second half, Brazil picked up speed slightly and turned the score around with a goal from Ronald. The midfielder headed after an error by the Paraguayan goalkeeper, who let the ball pass from a corner kick.

The star Vitor Roque entered at the end of the game, while Andrey, one of the figures of the South American, did not have minutes.

In a simultaneous duel, Colombia defeated Argentina 1-0 and got the third and last ticket to the next round.

The position in which the teams remain in the group stage only defines their schedule for the final hexagonal, which begins on Tuesday in Bogotá.
