The 8 Tournaments began yesterday with the participation of 313 young talents from 22 states of the Venezuelan territory, who will be disputing under the Swiss System to 7 Rounds the supremacy in the concert of the emerging Chess of the Country, in the categories Sub 8, Sub 10, Sub 12 and Sub 14 both in Absolute and in Female, From this space we wish the greatest success to all the organizers and participants of this important fair of the national chess.
At the opening ceremony of the event 50 musicians from the National System of Youth and Children's Orchestras and Choirs of Venezuela, Maturín nucleus, participated, who without directed by Maestro Jesús Aguilera, as well as on International Women's Day one was carried out Simultaneous Chess who had the presence of the WGM (Grand Master) Saraí Sánchez (who is the president of the Education Commission of the FVA and made a Talk with Parents and Representatives about the values of Chess for the comprehensive development of children and young people).
