The Italian team Carlo Ancelotti, in which the Colombians James Rodríguez and Yerry Mina returned to form as starters, reached the Champions League positions after defeating Wolverhampton 1-2.

A victory that Everton, despite being ahead of the Nigerian Alex Iwobi six minutes, could not sing definitively until thirteen minutes before the conclusion thanks to the heady goal of central Michael Kane, who signed the 1-2.
