Juventus and their coach Andrea Pirlo, questioned about the poor results, took oxygen after beating Naples 2-1 on Wednesday.

This match had been postponed at the time due to the covid pandemic.

Juventus, whose chances of achieving a tenth consecutive title are increasingly remote, needed the victory against Napoli not to be left out even from the positions of access to the next Champions League.

Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo opened the scoring in the first half (13) and sentenced Argentine Paulo Dybala (73) in the second, who was returning after several weeks of injury.

Only in the 90th minute and from the penalty, transformed by captain Lorenzo Insigne, Napoli managed to beat veteran Gianluigi Buffon, who had an impeccable performance under the sticks.

With this victory, Juventus regains its place on the podium, but remains 12 points behind Inter, who did not fail against Sassuolo (9th).
